Earlier on we talked about how commercial cranberry juice was equivalent to drinking cranberry pop (because of all the sugars and additives in it). Cranberries remain a very healthy berry under the circumstances... the acid in them helps to keep the bacteria from the walls of the bladder, flushing it out. If you have a juicer, go ahead and try the following delicious fresh juice:
Cranberry Cocktail
1/2 Cup Cranberries
3-4 apples, seeded (more apple if you want it sweeter)
Push cranberries through the hopper with the apples.
