The lab reports are in, and inspite of all the hype of recent days about the health benefits of chocolate, people with the highest chocolate intake either end up with elevated triglicerides (from all the sugar), or with excessively high copper levels.
Sooner or later, most choco-holics test high in both triglicerides and copper and start exhibiting a number of related health problems.
